Resource Usage Limits
Our services are designed to provide a fair and equal level of resources to all users. As such, users are prohibited from:
Using excessive amounts of server resources, such as CPU, memory, and disk space, which may negatively impact the performance of other users on the same server.
Hosting any websites or applications that generate high amounts of traffic without prior approval from us.
Using our services for file storage or backup purposes, or any other non-web-related activities.
Content Guidelines
Users are responsible for ensuring that all content hosted on our servers complies with the following guidelines:
- Content must not contain any illegal, harmful, or offensive material, including but not limited to pornography, violence, hate speech, and discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
- Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademarks, and patents.
- Content must not contain any misleading or fraudulent information.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor and enforce this AUP, and take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
- Suspending or terminating accounts that violate this policy.
- Removing any content that violates this policy.
- Reporting any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
By using our services, users agree to comply with this AUP and any applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
